Abstract

En el presente texto se analiza cómo las reglas del contrato se han expandido en el régimen del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, abarcando otras regulaciones que exceden a las relaciones exclusivamente patrimoniales o creditorias que se contemplaban en la normativa derogada antes de la unificación de las materias civil y comercial.

This text analyses how contract rules have expanded in the regime of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, covering other regulations that exceed the exclusively patrimonial or credit relationships that were contemplated in the regulations repealed before the unification of civil and commercial matters.
