Evolución histórica de la interpretación de la Constitución en Bolivia. Contexto de las leyes interpretativas sancionadas durante el siglo XX hasta la alborada del siglo XXI

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene el propósito esencial de mostrar algunos rasgos históricos de lo que fue la enseñanza básica de la interpretación de las normas de la Constitución en Bolivia y describir el panorama normativo y las características de las leyes interpretativas que fueron sancionadas por mandato constitucional durante gran parte del siglo XX hasta comienzos del siglo XXI, haciendo énfasis en el resurgimiento de la interpretación constitucional encargada a un órgano especializado en el país y teniendo en cuenta los avances de la jurisprudencia constitucional sobre esta temática.

This article has the essential purpose of showing some historical features of what was the basic teaching of the interpretation of constitutional rules in the Constitution in Bolivia, describing in turn the normative panorama and the characteristics of the interpretative laws that were enacted under the Constitution during a large part of the 20th century through the beginning of the 21st century. Emphasis is made on the resurgence of constitutional interpretation entrusted to a specialised body in the country, taking into account the advances of constitutional caselaw on this matter.
