| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se analiza el caso de la explotación del yacimiento petrolífero Vaca Muerta —situado en la cuenca neuquina argentina— a través de los estándares internacionales en materia de derecho a la protesta. Para ello se pone el foco en el ejercicio de este derecho por parte de la comunidad indígena Lof Campo Maripé, por ser su territorio el más afectado por el fracking en América Latina y en el cual se continúa avanzando sin el consentimiento de la comunidad. | es |
